Hey everyone.

Although this is only indirectly related to the galprop code, I wanted to let you know that I think I found a bug in the cplot routine.

In plot_fitsfile.cc the solar modulation of the electron/positron spectra is incorrect because instead of the nucleon mass Mp one should use the electron mass. I changed my code accordingly and attached my version of the file.
