I'm Ji-Haeng Huh.
These days, I'm using Galprop v50p in my Ubuntu machine.

With gcc4.3 or higher, however, it makes lot of error messages
and warnings when compile it. They are mainly from pre-included
header files which is not supported feature in current version of gcc
anymore.

So I modified v50p source to work with gcc4.3 and gfortran. It's
minor but cumbersome. So I upload it here.

I hope someone want to use galprop in Ubuntu machine(or MacOS.. I don't know
it actually work or not..), find some useful of this post.

p.s. I'm afraid of that it's right place to post it. If not, please let me know.

I am sorry there was nobody to answer your question earlier. We were busy with a project that is now complete and may solve your problem. GALPROP WebRun http://galprop.stanford.edu/webrun/ allows you to run the code via a web browser, without installing it on your computer, and the most recent GALPROP version 54 is used in WebRun. Please check it out, and thank you for your interest in GALPROP!
