Hi guys,
so I' m new to Galprop but I read the README file carefully. There is an error message when I run ./configure that I cannot
figure out what's the problem.
I have already installed : cfitsiomccfits,healpix,clhep and created the directories: Galdefiles, Fitfiles and datfiles.

So I ran:
./configure --with-cfitsio=/home/farinaldo/Documents/cfitsio --with-ccfits=/home/farinaldo/Documents/CCfits --with-healpix=/home/farinaldo/Documents/Healpix_3.11/src/cxx/generic_gcc --with-gsl=/home/farinaldo/Documents/gsl-1.16 --with-clhep=/home/farinaldo/Documents/2.1.3.1/CLHEP --prefix=/usr/local/include/CLHEP --with-galdef=/home/farinaldo/Documents/galprop-54.1.984/source/Galdefiles --with-fitsdata=/home/farinaldo/Documents/galprop-54.1.984/source/Fitfiles --datadir=/home/farinaldo/Documents/galprop-54.1.984/source/datfiles

At the end I get the message:

Any suggestions?

I solved partially the problem by reinstalling CCFITs.
Now I am getting the error:

Are you compiling with warnings flagged as errors?

Yes. It was solved.
I just had to install the Healpix2.20 instead of a newer version of Healpix.
