Dear,
I tried to download healpix from http://healpix.jpl.nasa.gov and
enned up with "You don't have permission to access / on this server."
Then, where I should get this package? Thanks.

If you can surf on the Internet via ipv6, you can try to visit healpix website via netgate, sixxs.org, just like this:
http://healpix.jpl.nasa.gov.sixxs.org
