what are differences in the model ( if there is any ) which produces for instance ics_isotropic_skymap_50p_599278 and ics_isotropic_skymap_49_5001809RE.gz ?

They are both 'conventional model' (apart from small differences)
but 50p_599278 is tuned to ACE abundances.

For gammas there is an important difference in the maximum CR energy:

galdef_50p_599278 has
Ekin_max =1.0e7 max kinetic energy per nucleon MeV
while
49_5001809RE has
Ekin_max =1.0e9 max kinetic energy per nucleon MeV

so that IC will cutoff at 10 TeV for 50p_599278 but continue to 1000 TeV
for 49_5001809RE
