GALPROP has a new format for HEALPix skymaps, compatible with the CDS Aladin viewer, and more user-friendly.
Energies are presented in columns instead of vectors.
It can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/galprop
The plotting package is compatible with this format, see http://sourceforge.net/projects/galplot .
