Presentations on cosmic-rays and diffuse gamma rays at the 1st GLAST Symposium are on-line, see especially Sessions 7 and P2 and the posters session 17.
Among other things there is a review of diffuse emission, and posters on the GLAST diffuse model and the ISRF.
The new observational results from MILAGRO are most interesting (7.3 and P2.2).
