the plots of spectra it would be nice to use the same colour scheme as in GALPROP papers.
pion-decay = red, inverse Compton = green, bremsstrahlung = cyan. This makes it easier to compare with published plots and avoids confusion.
Would also be handy to have the run ID and the region written on the plot, for identification. Ditto for other plots.

How about we forget the cyan and go for dark blue (or something else -- not cyan, not green)? The lighter colours are easily washed out and not easy to read.

OK for me, the main thing was not to confound IC and pi0.
In future, why not make the colours user options ?

I changed the colors in WebRun plots to match the style in the existing GALPROP papers.

I would like to remind folks that the quick plots are not publication ready and were implemented so people can take a quick look at the data before downloading hundreds of MBs of data that are not useful.

Good point about the plots quality. But a table of values is also returned, from which the user can make better plots easily without necessarily downloading all the data.
