AMS01 has published light-nuclei ratios and 3He, 4He spectra, in the range 0.2-1.4 GeV of kinetic energy per nucleon, and compared them with GALPROP predictions http://arxiv.org/abs/1106.2268 http://arxiv.org/abs/1106.2269 These will be included in the CR database as soon as possible.
