Ciao,
I see a mis-typing in GCR_data_10.dat, on PAMELA's helium data.
In the point between 10.45 and 11.54 GeV/n (E_mean = 10.98),
the flux value and its errors (low & high) are 3 order of magnitude higher. So:
- 9.76e+02 to be replaced by 9.76e-01.
- 4.0e+01 to be replaced by 4.0e-02.

It is a large deviation and may be important if, e.g., one uses (blindly) the DB data for a chi2 analysis.

thanks for spotting and reporting this error, the corrected version is now available : GCR_data_11.dat
