have any one used galprop for the case of a merger or accretion shocks for galaxy claster? please let me know about his experience or site me the link of that paper. thanks

Not as far as I can tell. Galprop is Milky Way-centric at the moment, but there are planned changes to adapt the code for use with other galaxies/systems.
